How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your account at buyorganic.noanigeria.net
- Click on My Account in the top right corner
- Go to Orders to see all your purchases
- Find the order you want to track and click View

Enter your Order Number and the email address used at checkout |
Click Track Order to see your delivery status |
Order Status Meanings
Status | What It Means |
Processing | Your order has been received and the vendor is preparing it for dispatch |
Dispatched / Shipped | The vendor has handed your order to the logistics company |
In Transit | Your order is on its way to your delivery address |
Out for Delivery | Your order is with a delivery rider and should arrive today |
Delivered | Your order has been marked as delivered |
Awaiting Pickup | Your order is ready for collection at the vendor’s pickup point |
My Order Shows Delivered But I Have Not Received It
If your order is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps within 48 hours:
- Check with neighbours, security, or anyone else at your delivery address who may have received it on your behalf
- Check the exact delivery address on your order to confirm it was correct
- Contact the logistics company
- If you still cannot locate your order, contact BuyOrganic Nigeria support with your order number and we will follow up with the vendor
