When Will My Order Arrive?
Your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, in your cart, and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Delivery timelines depend on three factors:
- The vendor’s processing time — how long they need to prepare and dispatch your order
- Your delivery location — distance from the vendor’s farm or warehouse
- The logistics partner handling your delivery
Vendor Processing Time
Each vendor sets their own order processing time. For fresh produce and harvested goods, vendors typically dispatch within 1 to 2 days of order. For packaged goods and farm inputs, processing may take 1 to 3 days. Processing times are stated on each product listing.
Can I Choose a Specific Delivery Date?
Scheduled delivery to a specific date is not currently available on all vendor listings.

Delays
While we work with reliable logistics partners, occasional delays can occur due to traffic, weather, public holidays, or high demand periods. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please use the Track My Order feature or contact our support team for an update.
