What Is Local Pickup?

Local pickup means you collect your order directly from the vendor’s location rather than having it delivered to your address. This is a great option if you live near the vendor’s farm, if you are buying bulky items, or if you want to see the produce before completing the transaction.

How to Choose Local Pickup

1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout
2. On the delivery method screen, look for the Local Pickup option
3. If the vendor supports pickup, you will see their pickup location and available times
4. Select Local Pickup and complete your payment
5. You will receive a confirmation email with the pickup address and instructions
6. Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when you go to collect

Is Local Pickup Available for All Vendors?

Not all vendors offer local pickup. This option will only appear at checkout if the vendor has enabled it on their store. If you would like to arrange pickup with a specific vendor who has not listed it as an option, you may contact them directly through their store page to discuss this.

Things to Note

• Local pickup is always free — no shipping cost is charged
• You must collect within the timeframe specified by the vendor. Uncollected orders may be cancelled
• For fresh produce, collect as soon as possible after the vendor notifies you that your order is ready
• Always bring your order confirmation number when collecting
