If you need to cancel an order, the sooner you act the better. Once a vendor has dispatched your goods, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may request a cancellation only if the order status is still Processing — meaning the vendor has not yet dispatched your goods. Once an order shows Dispatched or In Transit, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Log in to your account at buyorganic.noanigeria.net
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Find the order you wish to cancel and click View Order
- If the order is still in Processing status, you will see a Request Cancellation button
- Click it and provide a brief reason for cancellation
- The vendor will be notified and has up to 24 hours to accept or decline the cancellation request
- You will receive an email confirming whether your cancellation was accepted
What If the Vendor Declines My Cancellation?
Vendors may decline a cancellation request if they have already begun preparing your order for dispatch. If you believe the cancellation should be approved despite the vendor’s decision, contact our support team and we will review the situation.
Cancelling a Service Order
For service-based purchases such as consultancy sessions, training programs, farm setup services, or testing services — cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations for services are not guaranteed to be accepted.
