I Forgot My Password
- Go to buyorganic.noanigeria.net/my-account
- Click Lost your password? below the login form
- Enter the email address you used to register
- Click Reset Password
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link (check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes)
- Click the link in the email — it will take you to a page where you can create a new password
- Enter your new password twice and click Save
- You can now log in with your new password
Changing Your Password When Logged In
- Log in and go to My Account → Account Details
- Scroll down to the Password Change section
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Save Changes
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use at least 12 characters
- Include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Do not use your name, date of birth, or common words
- Do not reuse a password you use on another website
- Consider using a password manager to store your passwords securely
I Did Not Receive the Password Reset Email
If the reset email has not arrived after 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is still not there, make sure you entered the correct email address — the one you used when you registered on BuyOrganic Nigeria. If you are still having trouble, contact our support team and we will assist you manually.
My Account Has Been Compromised
If you believe someone else has accessed your account without permission, take these steps immediately:
- Try to log in and change your password right away
- If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link to regain access
- Once back in your account, check your Orders and Vendor Dashboard for any unauthorised activity
- Contact BuyOrganic Nigeria support immediately to report the compromise — we will investigate and secure your account
