Your account settings control your personal details, communication preferences, and security options. Here is how to manage them.
Accessing Your Account
Click on Account in the top right corner of any page, then sign in with your email address and password. Once logged in, you will land on your Account Dashboard.
What You Can Do in Your Account

Orders | View all past and current orders, track deliveries, contact vendors |
Downloads | Access any digital products or documents you have purchased |
Addresses | Add, edit, or delete your saved delivery addresses |

Vendor Dashboard | Manage your store, products, orders, and withdrawals (vendors only) |
Updating Your Personal Information
To update your name, email, or display name, go to Account → Account Details. Make your changes and click Save Changes. If you update your email address, you will need to use the new email address the next time you log in.
Managing Delivery Addresses
You can save multiple delivery addresses to make checkout faster. Go to Account → Addresses to add a new address or edit an existing one. You can set a default billing address and a default shipping address separately.
NOTE FOR VENDORS: Deleting your account will permanently remove your store, product listings, and earnings history. Ensure all pending withdrawals are processed and all open orders are fulfilled before submitting a deletion request.
