BuyOrganic Nigeria pays vendors directly to their Nigerian bank accounts. Here is everything you need to know about how and when you get paid.
How Vendor Payments Work
When a customer completes a purchase from your store, the payment is received by BuyOrganic Nigeria through our secure Paystack payment gateway. Your earnings are calculated automatically after our platform commission is deducted, and your balance is updated in your Vendor Dashboard.

How to Request a Withdrawal
- Log in to your Vendor Dashboard
- Go to Payments → Withdrawal Request
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum withdrawal: ₦)
- Confirm your registered bank account details are correct
- Submit your withdrawal request
- Our team will review and process your request within 2 to 5 business days
- You will receive an email notification once the transfer has been made
Setting Up Your Bank Account
Before you can request a withdrawal, you must save your Nigerian bank account details in your Vendor Dashboard under Settings → Payout Settings. You will need to provide your:
- Bank name
- Account number (10-digit NUBAN)
- Account name (must match your registered name)
Your account details will be verified against your bank records before your first payout is processed.
Withdrawal Schedule
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed on business days. You should expect to receive your payment within 3 to 5 business days of your request being approved. Payments are not processed on weekends or Nigerian public holidays.
What If My Payment Is Delayed?
If it has been more than 5 business days since your withdrawal was approved and you have not received your payment, please contact our vendor support team with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate promptly.
